Welcome Sponsors and Exhibitors!  Please submit your registration for our Spring Educational Conference!

Sponsors (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze):  The 2026 sponsorship includes an exhibit table and attendance at the conference for no additional fee for two to three representatives depending on the sponsorship level.   If you have not already completed the sponsorship process for 2026, please do so first then register the representatives who will attend the conference for planning purposes.  The link to the sponsorship/exhibitor registration information is provided here: Sponsorship/Vendor Registration

Exhibitors for conference only (does not apply to Sponsors):  Exhibit tables are available for the conference.  Please complete the registration form online and then mail payment of $800 to the following address.

The conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV.  A special rate is available for reservations booked by February 13, 2026. The reservation link is provided below.
