Members:

Early Registration (January 1 - February 21) – $100 

Regular Registration (February 22 - March 4) – $125   

*Student members with an active membership may attend with no conference fee; conference registration is required.                   

Non-Members:

Early Registration (January 1 - February 21) – $150 

Regular Registration (February 22 - March 4) – $175

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by February 20th will receive a full refund. For cancellations made after February 20th, or if a registrant is unable to attend the conference, a substitution may be made; no refunds will be processed.

LODGING INFORMATION:

The conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV.  A special rate is available for reservations booked by February 13, 2026. The reservation link is provided below.
