WVMGMA Membership

WVMGMA offers individual memberships, student memberships, and organizational memberships which allow organizations to have several members at a discounted cost.

Individual and student memberships can be paid online or by check. Organizational memberships must pay by check. See instructions below.

Dual membership with National MGMA is an option for individuals to join both national MGMA and WVMGMA.

Active/Regular - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Description:
a. An individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support services by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare services.
b. An individual employed by a management organization, hospital/hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare services. This includes consultants who are responsible for operations of one ore more practices on an ongoing basis.
c. Healthcare providers/clinicians who hold an active license in the state are also considered active members.
d. An Active Member is entitled to all Association membership services, including the right to vote on all matters presented to the members and to serve as an officer or director of the Association.
*Dual members with national MGMA will have dues collected on an anniversary date rather than calendar year.
