Conference Agenda includes WV Payer Updates, WV Chamber of Commerce 2024 Legislative Updates and Keynote Speaker Keith Matheny.

Conference attendance includes 5 CPE/CEU Credits

WVMGMA encourages all conference participants to be vaccinated and boosted; however, in response to CDC updates on COVID-19 mitigation measures, this is no longer required but is still strongly recommended.  Masks are not required but will be available at the event.  

REGISTRATION FEES:

Members:

Early Registration through Feb. 29th – $100

Regular Registration (March 1-15) – $125   

*Student members with an active membership may attend with no conference fee; conference registration is required.                   

Non-Members:

Early Registration through Feb. 29th – $150

Regular Registration (March 1-15) – $175

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by March 3rd will receive a full refund. For cancellations made after March 3rd, if a registrant is unable to attend the conference, a substitution may be made; no refunds will be processed.

LODGING INFORMATION:

The conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV.

To reserve a room, call the hotel at 1-800-368-7764 by February 16th and request the "WV Medical Group Management Association Room Block." After February 16th, rooms will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

WVMGMA Spring Educational Conference Hotel

Hotel occupancy rates will be high due to the state high school basketball tournament being in Charleston that week so please don't delay in reserving your room if one will be needed.
