CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by March 3rd will receive a full refund. For cancellations made after March 3rd, if a registrant is unable to attend the conference, a substitution may be made; no refunds will be processed.

LODGING INFORMATION:

The conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton, 600 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV.

Hotel occupancy rates will be high due to the state high school basketball tournament being in Charleston that week so please don't delay in reserving your room if one will be needed.
