Join our webinar to explore the progress and future of value-based care (VBC). We will discuss the challenges and successes of value-based payment models, including shared savings programs, bundled payments and other VBC care models. Real-world examples will highlight effective strategies as well as barriers in population management and coordinated care.

Andrew Hajde, CMPE

With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Andrew Hajde, CMPE, Director of Content & Consulting at MGMA, is a highly knowledgeable and experienced healthcare leader. Throughout his career, he has held several prominent operations management positions, including his most recent role prior to MGMA as the supervisor of 14 medical practices, with 78 providers, and 200+ employees for a fortune 100 healthcare company. His experience spans across a diverse range of medical specialties, including internal medicine, OB/GYN, urology, endocrine, radiation oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, vein surgery, bariatric surgery, cardio-thoracic surgery, and cardiology.

In addition to his role as a healthcare executive, he has also gained extensive experience in various operational and medical billing related management roles, opened/acquired 25 medical practices, and managed an occupational medicine and rehab (PT/OT) practice. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, benchmarking, revenue cycle, operational improvement, employee/manager development, and strategic marketing.

Mr. Hajde is a Certified Medical Practice Executive in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and continues to demonstrate his commitment to the healthcare industry through his ongoing contributions and leadership. Cristy Good, MPH, MBA, CPC, CMPE

Senior Industry Advisor

Cristy's expertise includes practice management, project management, healthcare operations and revenue cycle management. Her focus at MGMA has been on content strategy and development, chart audits, data mining, member toolkits and advising other departments in the organization to improve member experience.

Cristy has more than 20 years of experience in medical practice administration and financial management. As an administrator with two large health systems, she oversaw the strategic and daily operations for multiple outpatient medical practices for more than 10 years, later working 6 months for a private home health agency in an acute care setting. Prior to joining MGMA, Cristy was a credentialed EPIC trainer and helped prepare providers for one of the largest EHR implementations that EPIC has ever completed in Colorado.

Cristy holds an undergraduate in Biology/Chemistry and K-8 certification from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Master of Public Health from Colorado School of Public Health CU Denver, Master of Business Administration from Regis University, credentialed EPIC ambulatory trainer, certified professional coder and ACMPE board certified.
