Adam was previously the general counsel for Tricera Capital, a private equity firm in Miami. Prior to holding that position, he worked at McDermott Will & Emery and Greenberg Traurig. In these roles, he focused on advising private equity funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions and real estate developers in connection with their acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing activities.
