Dealing with Surprises from the No Surprises Act
in Collaboration with VA MGMA and WV MGMA
Date: Friday, June 16, 2023, 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Description:
Since the No Surprises Act has been implemented, providers (especially medical practices) have been confused over its scope, how to implement proper paperwork and procedures, and how the law can be enforced against them. This presentation will address all of those points and give attendees a clearer perspective on how to comply with the law.
